Governance

The intent of local strategy maps is to provide more local detail to help local governments and organizations implement the plan. Many of the recommendations of the Governance chapter – such as those on partnerships, capacity building, and data transparency -- are appropriate for local action. These topics do not, however, lend themselves to spatial analysis and representation.
