Description of project:
Pace Business Development provides employers with economic development support to assist in location retention or relocation. Staff will assist employers with evaluation site relocations to design facility to accomodate transit services and to develop transportation options for their employees. In addition, confidential broker and developer consultation is provided to assist clients in site selection process based on employee commuting issues.
