Carolyn Schofield

Carolyn Schofield was a member of the McHenry County Board from December 2012 to November 2016, having served on the Crystal Lake City Council from May 2009 to December 2012. She was also a member of the Crystal Lake Planning and Zoning Commission from 1998 to 2009 and has served on the McHenry County Council of Government Water Policy Task Force.

She is a loss control engineer specializing in commercial fire protection and product liability. Schofield earned the bachelor's degree in general engineering with specialization in environmental quality from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
