The National Association of City Transportation Officials (NACTO) has released a how-to guide for conducting bike-share user intercept surveys.  The guide gives detailed instructions and provides a compendium of more than 100 questions to create and conduct methodologically-sound field surveys. The questions are designed to help agencies and organizations learn more about the needs and attitudes of bike share users and community residents.  The time and cost savings offered by this toolkit can help agencies undertake more meaningful outreach, gain valuable information, and carry out more in-depth analyses.
