On October 27, 2009, Mercy Housing, with the help of the Regional ARRA Coordinating Council, will host a reception and networking event recognizing the regional partnerships that are leveraging stimulus funding.  "Moving Forward Together: Leveraging the Chicago Region’s Economic Stimulus Funding" will be held at the JP Morgan Chase auditorium (10 S.
