American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 Resources

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 was signed into law on February 17, 2009.  It is anticipated that the ARRA funds coming to the locals will be distributed through the current Council of Mayors and City of Chicago process.  View the Council marks,  or review the ARRA expenditure report.

Condition Rating System

Some Councils are requiring current Condition Rating System analysis on roadways.  Read the IDOT  Condition Rating Survey Manual which explains how to complete Condition Rating System analysis.
