The FY 2009 CMAQ Program was approved by the CMAP Board and the MPO Policy Committee at their October 8, 2008 and October 9, 2008 meetings.  The program has been forwarded to the Federal Highway Administration and Federal Transit Administration for a determination of the projects' eligibility.  The link below represents the program as approved by the CMAP Board and the MPO Policy Committee.
