The agenda for this meeting included a major presentation of the Chicago Rail Economic Opportunities Plan (CREOP).  CREOP is an intensive, multiparty effort to preserve and establish rail-related land use in designated areas.  Project consultants from Cambridge Systematics and IHS Global Insight presented the project. The City of Chicago was the project sponsor.  Like the presentation above, the final report will be posted on the City of Chicago Web site.

Among other items, the Committee also discussed an Illinois Tollway submittal for the Federal Highway Administration's Truck Parking Facilities Program.
