He will discuss how Baltimore deployed a web-based, map-driven, real-time Incident Command System. Challenges, solutions, and lessons learned throughout the project development process will be reviewed. Mr. Nowlan will also share information on how to apply for a Federal Emergency Preparedness Grant.
