As part of the development of ON TO 2050, the region's next comprehensive plan, the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) has released a new strategy paper, Expanding Housing Choice.  This report identifies strategies to help communities and the region provide the types of housing residents demand.  The paper highlights research, education, planning, and funding strategies that CMAP should continue or expand, as well as needed activities that would be better suited for regional partners to implement and lead.
