Elburn Comprehensive Plan
Update: The Comprehensive Plan was adopted by the Village Board in April 2013.
The Village of Elburn applied for assistance in 2011 to update its comprehensive plan. The Village's previous plan, the 1990 Land Use Plan and Development Guide, was obsolete and no longer useful in guiding the Kane County community through significant changes that have occurred there since 1990. The Comprehensive Plan will help the Village realize its Vision as a place that maintains the feel of a small town while seeking well-balanced growth.
