Proposed FY 2014-19 TIP Summary—updated June 2014
The FY 2010 – 2015 TIP was accepted by the United States Department of Transportation on October 25, 2010, following approvals by the CMAP MPO Policy Committee, IDOT, IEPA and USEPA. Click on the agency link to view approval letters:
The TIP is regularly amended by the Transportation Committee. Amendments for projects not requiring air quality conformity analysis are posted on the committee minutes page for public comment one week prior to being considered. Following committee approval, amendments are forwarded to IDOT for inclusion in the State TIP. An amendment schedule and approval letters are posted here.
Major projects with the potential to have an effect on the region's air quality undergo a semi-annual conformity analysis. These conformity amendments are scheduled for consideration by the MPO Policy Committee in May and October, following at least 30 days of public comment. Additional information is available here.
