Please note that if you are interested in responding to this RFP, all inquiries for information and submittals must be directed to the Village of Glen Ellyn. This project is funded through CMAP's Community Planning Program and is meant to advance the implementation of GO TO 2040, the regional comprehensive plan.

A Developers Information Session will be hosted by CMAP on Friday, January 20, from 8:30 to 9:40 am. All interested developers and development professionals are welcome but must be pre-registered by January 18 for access to the Willis Tower. Register here.
A RFQ has been posted on behalf of the City of Moline and the Rock Island County Mass Transit District (MetroLINK). A "Developers Guidebook" for the site, which will support a mixed-use complex of up to approximately 165,000 sf, can currently be found here.
Please also note that if you are interested in the Developers Information Session or the RFQ all inquiries for information and submittals must be directed to the City of Moline at the provided links. CMAP is hosting this event as a professional courtesy to stakeholders representing a vital part of the Chicago mega-region. Their work reinforces many of the goals of GOTO 2040 and provides a solid example of the economic benefits of leveraging public transportation investments.
