During the decade of the 90's, the Illinois Department of Transportation studied and produced reports on most of the Strategic Regional Arterial system. CMAP has a nearly complete collection. The executive summaries, which include recommendations for improvements have been converted to pdf files and can be viewed by selecting the appropriate link in the executive summary section, below.
