TIP Map Legend, Information, and HelpThe following describes various Google Maps icons and cursors that users may see when using CMAP's TIP mapping database.

NOTE:
Projects that cannot be represented by line will be shown as a paddle paddle. An example of this would be work on a CTA station. There are projects in the TIP that cannot be mapped, and these are not included here.  As example of this would be a Metra project to purchase new rail cars.

openhand

This is the default cursor you will see when you move your mouse around the view area of the screen.

closedhand Place your cursor anywhere in the view area of the map and press and hold your left mouse button down. Now with your button depressed drag the map anywhere in the view area and the map will move.
