Over a year ago, staff began the process of updating the GO TO 2040 plan, as required by federal law. CMAP released a full draft plan update for a 50-day public comment period from June 13 to August 1, 2014. All comments received and revisions made to the draft plan update 

are summarized in a separate memorandum and are detailed in the Public Engagement Summary Appendix.  Materials available for review include:

Staff will make any final revisions to the plan update based on comments received at the September meetings of the CMAP Board and Working Committees.  CMAP staff will seek final approval of the plan update at the joint meeting of the Board and MPO Policy Committee in October.
