An article in Chicagoist highlights the Randolph Street protected bike lane, and its inclusion on People for Bikes list of “America’s Best New Bike Lanes of 2016.” The Randolph Street westbound protected bike lane and the City of Aurora’s two-way River Street protected bike lane were both selected for the list. (Unfortnately, the recently announced 2017 winners did not include any facilities from our region.)
