James Healy has been a member of the DuPage County Board since 1996. He serves as chair of the Public Works Committee, Vice Chair of the DuPage Complete Count Committee, and Vice Chair of the Transportation Committee. Healy is a partner concentrating in corporate, municipal, and real estate law at Goldstine, Skrodzki, Russian, Nemec and Hoff, Ltd. He has also spent time as an alderman in the City of Des Plaines, commissioner for the DuPage County Forest Preserve, Chairman of the National Highway Committee, and a member or leader in several other organizations in the region.

Healy has a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning and Political Science from Elmhurst College and a law degree from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago.
