President, Village of Montgomery
Matthew T. Brolley, P.E., CRM currently serves as the president of the Village of Montgomery, a community that spans both Kane and Kendall counties. Brolley has more than 10 years of professional experience in civil engineering, working for public and private sector clients in the fields of site development, and environmental, water, and natural resources. Brolley is also a past president of the Metro West Council of Government.
Prior to serving as village president, Brolley was on the Village of Montgomery Board of Trustees as well as serving as chair of the village's Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals. He has also serve on the Board of Directors for the Montgomery Chamber of Commerce. He is a licensed professional engineer and a certified floodplain manager in Illinois.
His recent work includes a multi-year Engineers without Borders project that will provide drinking water to the Village of Armenta, Honduras.
