The purpose of the DuPage County Route 83 Corridor Plan is to create a community-driven, action-oriented master plan for DuPage County that cohesively addresses issues and opportunities as they relate to land use and transportation for five corridor communities in DuPage County: Wood Dale, Bensenville, Addison, Villa Park and Elmhurst.
