To assist residents, business owners, and other users of the Village’s Zoning Ordinance, the Village of Maywood developed a zoning reference guide with support from CMAP’s Local Technical Assistance program. This supplemental guide illustrates major features of the Zoning Ordinance, including zoning district requirements, on-site development standards, off-street parking, renewable energy systems, and signs. New diagrams and tables were incorporated throughout the document to help explain and clarify key zoning terms and provisions. Using the project files provided by CMAP, the Village will be able to revise the illustrations and update the guide as needed.
