Olympia Fields: Town Center Concept and Design Guidelines Update

CMAP contracted with Camiros to update the Town Center Concept and Design Guidelines.  Originally developed in 2000, the previous plan covers the area around the 203rd Street Metra Station.  The goal of the update is to bring the plan in line with current economic conditions and engage the public in creating a dynamic town center to serve as an anchor to the broader community.  Click here to download the final draft plan presented to the Village Board in August of 2014 (PDF,45MB).
