A few seats remain for the ON TO 2050 launch!

A slate of speakers will discuss key recommendations of the plan, strategies already underway, and near-term opportunities to go ON TO 2050. We'll also hear from young people who are counting on the implementation of ON TO 2050 to ensure they have a bright future in metropolitan Chicago.

CMAP happenings

Take the household travel survey
The My Daily Travel survey asks households in northeastern Illinois to report how they get from place to place in our region. The resulting data will help ensure that computer models of traffic flow are accurate so transportation investments can be based on sound analysis. The survey helps our region meet federal requirements and remain eligible for federal transportation funding. Sign up at or by calling 1-855-981-7286 to sign up by phone -- and we encourage Weekly readers to help us spread the word! Households that complete the survey will earn $50.

Mill Creek Watershed Planning public open house
